Vision Research, AMETEK has designed an advanced hands-on course covering the use of Phantom high-speed cameras for characterizing transparent flows using Shawdowgraphy and Schlieren imaging techniques. The course will open with lecture covering the fundamental physics that defines the key imaging principles. Then, the course will have attendees participate in carefully designed high-speed imaging laboratories to develop critical skills and understanding. Each attendee will work toward configuring camera settings, capturing high-speed imaging data and finally, performing measurements and analyses on image data. Each course is guided by a team of seasoned application engineers.
